Reservation must be submitted by phone, by e-mail or by fax specifying, personal data, telephone numbers, days of stay and arrival time. Once checked the availability the reservation will be confirmed only after paying 30% of the total amount.
Check in from h 12:00 Check out before h 10:00.
It's necessary to let us know the arrival time of train/flight at the latest 48 hours before your arrival by e-mailing us.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Until 14 days before the arrival date: no penalty
In case of no-show or late cancellation we will charge the first night as penalty or no restitution of the deposit.
Bills must be required at the check-in time
