DAILY RATES UP TO 2 PERSONS (taxes included)

Festivity and particular events and particular events(24/12-6/1 25/4 and easter period) + 30%
+15 euro for each additional person.
WEEKLY RATES UP TO 2 PERSONS (taxes included)
Period 1 (7/1/-28/2 16/7-31/8 2/11-23/12): euro 390
Period 2 ( 1/3-15/7 1/9-1/11): euro 490
Festivity and particular events and particular events(24/12-6/1 25/4 and easter period) + 30%
+80 euro for each additional person.
MONTHLY RATES UP TO 2 PERSONS (taxes included)
Period 1(7/1/-28/2 16/7-31/8 2/11- 23/12): euro 1800
Period 2 ( 1/3-15/7 1/9-1/11): euro 2300
+100 euro for each additional person.
Other conditions
Extra charge for obligatory and final cleanings (50 euro)
30% deposit payable at booking
Cash in full at the check-in
Security Deposit : 150 Euro (for stays until 6 days), 300 Euro (for weekly stays) or 500 Euro (for longer stays or during new year's eve) refundable at the end of the stay
Check in time: from 12 am to 8pm
Check out time: from 8am to 10am
Late check in (after 8pm) or early check out (before 8am) : 30 Euro
Children up to 2 y.o. not occupaying a bed: free.

Cleaning assurance: if you don't find the apartment as clean as you expected, please let me know within 24 hours from your arrival and I will make the cleaning again at my own expenses

Linen change and cleaning during the stay : 15 Euro per person

Cancellation Policy
The deposit is fully refundable only if we are able to re-rent the space for your dates.
otherwise :
If a cancellation is made 2 months before your arrival: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
If a cancellation is made 15 days before your arrival : no refund
If a cancellation is made after the 15th days before your arrival, the rent must be paid in full.
In case the apartment is unavailable due to forces beyond our control, the amount paid will be FULLY refunded. Other expenses will not be refunded.
